Before a player can play a match for us they need to be registered with the league to our team which is all done online.
The registration process is simple and only takes about 15 minutes:
REGISTRATION TIPS:
- You will need to upload a recent photo of the player being registered on a white/light background e.g. passport photo.
- Upload a copy of the players passport or birth certificate. The league will delete this once approved.
- You don’t need to select an option to pay if asked until they are playing Under 7’s and above – which for the 2025 season is £13 for the season.
RE-REGISTATION TIPS:
- Login with your existing email address
- Check the information is all still correct, and if the photo needs updating.

Once that’s done and we verify that everything looks correct we’ll assign the player to the relevant team and then request the league secretary to update our player cards which can take up to a week.
All player cards must be checked be presented by our Game Day manager and checked by the oppositions for each match. Otherwise each team is liable to a fine for playing an unregistered player and their insurance is not valid without being approved by the league.
